Vi/Vim is a simple editor, but it is very powerful for programmer. Basically Vim approach is different with other editors. Read reasons why you should using Vim and I am sure you will say “Wow… that’s great!”.
If you hear this editor for the first time, I suggest you to read beginner tutorial here and here. Both tutorials are worthily to read, just spend of your 20 minutes and you’ll powerful in the future.
Once you understand the basic principles and usage of Vim, these cheat sheet will help you better memorize keyboard shortcuts on vim.
